What the Alliance Gives You
The value is in what you leave with.
Real peer connections
A circle of metro officers who get your challenges, during the summit and long after.
48 - hour format
A focused agenda that respects your time - two nights, start to finish.
Built for your scale
For senior officers from departments with 300+ uniformed members.
How the Alliance Works
It comes down to who's in the room — and how we use the time.
Real Peers, Real Conversations
You're in the room with chiefs who lead at your scale, working through challenges together.
An Agenda Built from Your Challenges
We interview every chief first, so the program runs on what you're facing now.
Small on Purpose
Fifty chiefs, so every voice is heard and every conversation counts.
What to Expect
The setting is intentionally intimate with conversation-friendly spaces and focused sessions. We've built in plenty of time for both structured discussions and casual networking. A focused room built for meaningful interactions with peers and partners who understand your challenges. Come to share and leave with practical solutions and lasting connections.

What to Expect
-
A focused program built by chiefs, for chiefs
-
Honest conversations about what's working (and what's not)
-
Small group discussions where everyone contributes
-
Connections you can call on long after the summit ends
Who's Eligible to Attend
-
The Metropolitan First Responders Alliance is designed for senior officers (Battalion Chief and above) in fire or EMS agencies with 300+ uniformed members. If you're leading a division or department in a major metropolitan area, this was built for you.
What's the Time Commitment
-
The Alliance Summits are focused 48-hour events. Beyond that (and a brief intro call), there's no required ongoing time commitment. We intentionally keep the program concentrated so it fits into your busy schedule.
What About Cost
-
Attending is FREE. No registration fees whatsoever and all meals are included. You only need to cover travel and accommodations.
What Happens After I Request an Invitation
-
Within 48 hours, our team will reach out to schedule a brief introduction call. This allows us to learn about your specific needs and ensure the Alliance is a good fit. If it is, we'll register you to participate in the upcoming summit.
